Sarah has lived and worked abroad on several continents, including East Africa, where she conducted a needs assessment for a hospital treating children with hydrocephalus. She has over 10 years of experience in organizational strategy design, program development and evaluation, facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and change management. Her clients have included California Department of Parks & Recreation, Department of State, Department of Agriculture, Department of Health & Human Services, Department of Defense, the Internal Revenue Service, and several nonprofits/NGOs in the U.S. and abroad. Sarah also serves as Social Impact Manager and currently leads Deloitte’s Service Corps pro bono fellowship program. Sarah holds a masters in global social work from Boston College.
